~ How much do I have to
have up front and do you accept payments?
Website Design and Hosting Prices:
We have very attractive and professional... complete website packages...
starting at $1525.00 down and $50.00 per month that are at the top of
search engines.
Mobile website designs start at $339.00 down and $15.00 per month.
~ How long does it take
for a designer to build a website?
You will have direct contact with your website builder/designer.
Once we receive all the information and pictures from you
Your website can be designed and is usually up and
running within 1 to 2 weeks.
That means your designer will build your website and have
it on the internet - 24 hours a day - 365 days a year in less than two
weeks!
Search engine submission and optimization on your website is also available.
~ Do I have to sign a contract
in order to have a web site built?
NO! There is no contract to force you to stay with AdMuncie. If at any
time you wish to cancel your website, all you have to do is e-mail us
and a final bill will be issued. You will be responsible only for the
remainder of our three months billing period.
~ Will there be a monthly
fee?
Yes, we maintain and host your site and charge a monthly fee, However,
most people find that our fees to host and maintain your site are so
small that it is well worth it to let us do the work!
The monthly fee depends
on the size and content of your website. This fee will be quoted to
you up-front. The fee covers web hosting and maintenance for your site.
Most websites up to 10 pages cost only $50.00 per month or less.
Each website
is allowed 4 "Four" changes per billing period- at no additional
cost. All updates requiring more than 15 minutes of service will be
billed per 1/2 hour.
Additional
Webpages and/or Scripts will be quoted and must be paid for before work
is done unless other arraignments are made.
~ Late Payment Policy
We
send out invoices every 3 months. A due date is on every invoice, with
a 10 day grace period.
If your invoice is not paid within 10 days, your website may be removed
from the internet until payment is made. Removing
your website from the internet also removes it from the search engines.
We value every customer...

~ Do you submit my website
to top search engines like Google and Yahoo?
Yes! However, depending on the size of your site, there may be a fee.
We will submit your site to all the top search engines! Search engine
optimization is the act of making ones website content more search engine
friendly to make it rank higher. AdMuncie specializes in the optimization
of websites in competitive markets. We will research your keywords and
optimize your site based on the most searched keywords in your industry
and drive relevant traffic to your site via the major search engines
and directories. This optimization is done as part of your initial website
design. Continued optimization of your website will need to be quoted
to you to continue this service.
~ What is a domain
name?
The domain name is the world wide web address (www.yourname.com) - Ours
for example is "www.admuncie.com". This is the address that
people will type in to go to your webpage. They cost $15.00 or less
per year right now, however this price is set by ICANN and can not be
guaranteed by AdMuncie. ICANN which is the Internet Corporation for
Assigned Names and Numbers. ICANN is a non-profit corporation that was
created on September 18, 1998 in order to oversee a number of Internet-related
tasks previously performed directly on behalf of the U.S. government
by other organizations.
~ Can I purchase a domain
name now, even if I am not ready to have a website for my business?
Yes! We can purchase any domain name for you and park it "on hold"
until you are ready to have a website built. You will only have to pay
the yearly cost of the domain name, which again, right now, is at $13.99
per year and you can buy up to 10 years for some names. When you are
ready to build your website, the domain name will be waiting for you.
And no matter how expensive the domain names may get... yours is already
purchased for as many years as you specify. Of course, we will "park"
your domain name for you until you are ready to have your website built,
in the hopes that we will get to build your site. If you choose to have
someone else build your site, we will ask for only a $50.00 fee to transfer
your domain to another designer. But, you'll make us cry!
We will help you select a name and make sure it is available. Remember,
we do all the work!
~ Is there anything else
I have to pay for?
Yes! Every year you will be billed $15.00 or less to keep your domain
name. You may choose any domain name that is available.
(Domain names may be purchased for more than one
year sometimes up to 10 years) The $15.00 or less is good right
now January 2013, but the price per year can not be guaranteed, so purchasing
your domain name for additional years will lock in your price. As the
internet gains even more popularity you can expect the domain name charges
to increase, so buy as many years as you can afford. Domain Name Prices
are determined by ICANN on behalf of the U.S. government. (Image that?)
Another additional payment you may have is for Search Engine Optimization.
Right now we are not charging any additional fees for website optimization
on smaller sites, but search engine optimization is getting so time
consuming and technical that there may be fees in the near future.
~ Anything else?
We take great pride in our work. When we quote you a price - that is
what you can expect to pay! Some of the items your quote will included
are web site design, web site development, shopping carts, hosting,
e-mails, Guestbooks, Forms, animated objects, domain name registration
and search engine submission / optimization. When we get done your customers
will have a well informed site that will be available on the internet
- 24 Hours a day - 365 days a year! All terms and conditions are subject
to change. However, we value every one of our customers and will work
with you in every way we can to keep your business and help you remain
a happy customer!
